Your accommodation is on the arrival day from 3:00 pm. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know.
On the day of departure, we ask you to check out by 11 a.m. and return the room key to reception.
The hotel room key also locks the hotel entrance door.
The bringing of unregistered persons in the room requires the consent of the hosts and must be reported.
If a double/twin is only occupied by one person (for whatever reason and without prior agreement / announcement with / at the reception),
a double/twin for single use is charged and not a regular single.
We gladly according your room wishes depends on availability, but we don`t confirm room numbers and location of the rooms.
The inclusive services end with the check out at 11:00 am on the day of departure.
For an extra-ordinary (further) room cleaning we reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee.
Charging battery packs for bikes in the accommodation is not allowed.

The suites in the hotel, the apartment, the gardenchalet and the panoramic- and comfort suiten dependance are excluded breakfast buffet. This can be booked for an extra charge.
The cleaning in our gardenchalet, the apartment as well as the panoramic and comfort suites dependance upon need once per stay. Towel and garbage service daily.
Reduction for children as 3rd and 4th person in their parents' accommodation with 2 full payers:

Important recommendation to our guests:
Please note the need for table reservations for the a la carte restaurant. Limited guest capacity as well as slot system reservation.
Kitchen from 6-9pm o'clock. Closing time 11 pm. Vegetarian meals available upon request. We do not offer vegan dishes.
Reservations are accepted at the reception.
Table reservations in case of non-compliance have to be paid.
Hotel parking subject to availability
(during the christmas market, the down is also allowed to the hotel parking lot)
Bus parking 5 minutes walk from the hotel (during the christmas market is not possible to drive to the hotel)

Dogs only allowed on request. Dogs on the jetty are not allowed. Dogs at the hotel pool to be taken on a leash.
